My overall philosophy is to listen to your body & mind. My yoga classes are about accepting yourself, loving your body and realizing whats going on in your life. My lessons are not a competition or a test, my lessons are about personal growth. A way to deal with struggles in life, to be in the present moment and realizing all the blessings of your life. 


Hatha can be translated in the yoga of balance as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), It practices alignmend and calm your body, mind, and spirit. Just as the moon is changing all the time, our mind mind is not the same every day. The result of a hatha yoga session is  a discovery of inner peace, a cleared mind and more calmness.  


Yin is about finding stillness in the body, mind and soul. Yin Yoga supports us  to slow down, paying attention and listening to yourself. Yin goes together with mindfulness and meditation. Yin yoga will help you to find more connection with your innerself. 

I did my YTT at Santosha in Bali, this was a 200 hours YTT and is registered at yoga alliance.
